8 Bishopsgate contributes to the City of London's cluster of tall buildings, providing a 50-storey mixed-use office building for Mitsubishi Estate London. The project includes flexible retail space on the lower levels, extensive tenant amenities throughout the building and a public viewing gallery, The Lookout, on level 50. The building incorporates highly sustainable and energy-efficient initiatives in its construction and operation and has achieved a BREEAM 'Outstanding' rating. 8 Bishopsgate is considered the most sustainable speculative commercial project in the UK.

The bespoke façade of this building was designed and manufactured in The Netherlands using the proprietary Closed Cavity Façade (CCF) technology. The CCF closed cavity façade contributes to meeting the high sustainability and performance requirements of this iconic building for the London skyline.
The project consists of four stacked blocks with a total height of around 200 m (656 ft). The cladding of the two main blocks consists mainly of a Closed Cavity Façade (CCF) curtain wall system and single skin core cladding.
Design & engineering, manufacture, and installation of 37,750 sqm (406,337 sq ft) of unitized system and 700 sqm (7,534 sq ft) of stick system.
