The design, which integrates tower with podium in a uniquely curved, single form, incorporates cutting-edge technology to control temperature and to optimize natural light levels, thus creating a perfect working environment. In order to place sustainability at the heart of the campus but also to respect its historic surroundings, the tower is enveloped in a large-scale, high-performance, full glass façade - made up of multiple systems and glass shapes - which guarantees plenty of daylight, open views, direct connection to the external context and fresh air to the interiors. MOL Campus has achieved the BREAM Excellent rating and the LEED Platinum certification.
Design & engineering, manufacture and installation of 30,650 sqm (329,900 sq ft) of façade including 24,800 sqm (266,900 sq ft) of unitized system and 1,700 sqm (18,300 sq ft) of stick system.
