Upper Riverside (Plot N0205 and N0206), part of the Greenwich Peninsula development, is a high-end residential project designed by world-renowned architects Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM). It consists of five blocks located immediately to the south-east of the O2 Arena on the eastern side of the peninsula. The slender towers feature a stepped and angled design and are cut like prisms; this architectonic feature, along with their orientation to the river and the large use of glass façades contribute to maximize daylight and offer stunning views of the river. The plots boast a lot of high-end amenities such as two gyms, a private cinema, private roof and dining terraces, roof gardens, a steam room and one of London’s highest pools.
