This landmark building in The Hague, which dates back to 1969, was the first to introduce the curtain wall façade concept in the Netherlands.
When the building needed an upgrade to enhance its performance and align it with modern sustainable practices, the existing 17-storey office building was renovated rather than rebuilt, and the old façade materials were reused – a practice that is becoming ever more important as we strive to create a more sustainable world.
